Some people say the best part of getting married is going on honeymoon<\/strong> (so not even to do with the wedding day)! While I don\u2019t feel like it was THE best part, it certainly is ONE of the best parts and gave us something to look forward to in the midst of wedding organisation drama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wing and I love travelling and have always wanted to go away for an extensive amount of time. Neither of us took a gap year after uni and have dreamt of going away for months (or years!). So the honeymoon gave us a good excuse to make some good travelling time. We had wanted to go away for months but with me starting a new job in 2020*, we settled on going away for 1 month and we went off in February to Thailand and Vietnam!
*I worked my new job for a merely 4 weeks before taking 4 weeks off. A bit cheeky but I did get that agreed upfront!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
